ZW32-12 Switch Circuit Breaker
The ZW32-12 outdoor pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker is a new generation product developed by our company in response to the new requirements of the State Grid for the integration of primary and secondary pole-mounted switches. The switch configuration fully meets the requirements of the State Grid for the integration of primary and secondary, which is convenient for the State Grid to purchase and mass produce. The switch has a compact structure, reasonable layout, complete functions, and all indicators meet the requirements of the State Grid for the integration of primary and secondary. It adopts protection CT, zero-sequence CT and zero-sequence voltage sensor with unified parameters, which has the characteristics of wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy and high reliability. The complete analog quantity facilitates accurate judgment of various line faults.
The ZW32-12 switch body is a pillar type, with a solid sealed vacuum arc chamber, silicone rubber encapsulation (as insulation and buffer), small size, encapsulated in an epoxy resin insulation cylinder, excellent anti-condensation performance, long working life and reliable performance. Its spring operating mechanism has been miniaturized and performance optimized, and its action reliability is much higher than that of traditional domestic spring mechanisms. It meets environmental protection requirements: no oil and SF6 gas, high anti-pollution level, beautiful, light and easy to transport. 1 external set of EVT, ECT (three-phase voltage, current, zero-sequence voltage, current, used for measurement, metering, and protection). 2 external electromagnetic single-phase power PTs, 10/0.1/0.22KV.
Working Condition:
- Ambient temperature: not higher than +40℃, not lower than -40℃;
- Relative humidity: daily average value not greater than 95%, monthly average value not greater than 90%;
- Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters;
- Wind pressure not exceeding 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed 34m/s);
- Earthquake intensity not exceeding 8 levels;
- No fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion or severe vibration.
