- Safe, fully insulated, and fully sealed design
The first live parts of the DSY-XGN-12 solid insulated switchgear, including the busbar and the movable parts of the high-voltage switch, are sealed in a shell made of epoxy resin. The DSY-XGN-12 solid insulated switchgear is equipped with bushings that comply with the DIN 47636 standard. It can be connected to incoming and outgoing cables through fully insulated, fully shielded separable connectors (cable terminations). The protection level of the main circuit reaches IP67, providing resistance to condensation and short-term flood protection. - Standard modular design
It includes load switch units (L), load switch + fuse combination units (F), circuit breaker units (CB), busbar disconnector units (S), metering units (M), and busbar PT units (PT). Different modules can be combined in any configuration to form a ring network switchgear. - Flexible expandable design
The DSY-XGN-12 solid insulated switchgear can connect various standard modules through dedicated busbar connectors, enabling diverse power distribution design solutions.

- Ambient humidity: The average relative humidity over 24 hours should not exceed 95%; The average monthly relative humidity should not exceed 90%.
- Installation environment: The surrounding air should be free of explosive and corrosive gases. The installation location should be free from severe vibration or impact, and the pollution level should not exceed Grade III as specified in GB/T5582.
