Overview:

Photovoltaic DC Combiner Boxes are used in photovoltaic power generation systems to reduce the connection lines between photovoltaic modules and inverters. Through the protection of photovoltaic special fuses, circuit breakers and lightning arresters, the reliability is improved and the maintenance of the system is convenient. According to the DC voltage range of the inverter input, users can connect a certain number of photovoltaic modules of the same specifications in series to form a photovoltaic module string, and then connect several strings to the photovoltaic array lightning protection combiner box. After the output is protected by the lightning arrester and circuit breaker, it is convenient to connect the subsequent inverter.

 

Main Features:

  • The cabinet is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate. The cabinet structure is safe and reliable, with sufficient mechanical strength to ensure that the components will not shake or deform after installation and during operation;
  • The protection level is IP65, which is waterproof, dust-proof, rust-proof, and salt-fog-proof, meeting the requirements of outdoor installation;
  • Up to 24 photovoltaic arrays can be connected at the same time;
  • The positive and negative poles of each battery string are equipped with photovoltaic-specific fuses for protection. The fuse base and fuse are used together to reduce the owner’s later maintenance costs and effectively protect the personal safety of maintenance personnel;
  • The DC output bus is equipped with a photovoltaic-specific lightning arrester. The positive pole has good surge protection against the ground, the negative pole has good surge protection against the ground, and the positive and negative poles have good surge protection.
  • The junction box is equipped with a modular intelligent detection unit to detect the current, output voltage, box temperature, lightning arrester status, and circuit breaker status of each string of components;
  • The current measurement adopts Hall sensor perforation measurement, and the measuring equipment is completely isolated from the electrical equipment. Even if there is a problem with the measuring unit, it will not affect the normal power generation of the system, effectively improving the power generation efficiency and equipment safety;
  • The intelligent detection unit has a digital display function, which can display current, voltage, power, temperature, device address, device number and other information on the device body; the detection unit sets the device address number and the operation should be simple and convenient, and the device address can be changed on the spot without auxiliary equipment;
  • The power consumption of the modular junction box intelligent detection unit is less than 4W, and the measurement accuracy is 0.5%;
  • It has multiple ways of data remote transmission, provides RS485 interface and wireless ZigBee interface, and the communication interface has built-in lightning protection function to effectively protect the device communication port;
  • The modular junction box intelligent detection unit adopts DC 1000V/1500V self-powered mode, and the self-powered power supply adopts modular glue encapsulation. The power supply has functions such as anti-reverse connection, over-current, over-voltage protection, and anti-corrosion;
