The inflatable shell of the switchgear is made of high-quality 2.5mm thick stainless steel plate through laser welding, which ensures the airtight reliability of the gas box, high mechanical strength, good corrosion resistance, and the protection level of the inflatable shell reaches IP67: the gas box is equipped with an explosion-proof diaphragm, which can effectively prevent damage to people and equipment caused by excessive air pressure: all conductive parts are enclosed in the gas box, which can not only avoid the influence of external environmental factors, but also improve the operating reliability, making it maintenance-free (or less maintenance) and meeting the requirements of miniaturization.
The main circuit adopts a combination of a three-position switch (connection + isolation + grounding) and a vacuum interrupter. This structure is the most mature configuration method at present, and is particularly suitable for the current power grid operation and maintenance needs. -
