HXGN15-12 High Voltage Ring Main Unit (RMU)

The metal-enclosed ring main unit switchgear (intelligent type) is designed for three-phase AC systems with a rated voltage of 12kV, rated frequency of 50Hz, and a rated current of 630A. It is primarily used in ring network power distribution and radial terminal power supply applications, serving functions like cable line sectionalizing and branch connections.

Equipped with SF6 gas-insulated multi-loop power units and FTU (feeder terminal unit) imported from Korea, it supports remote signaling, telemetry, remote control, and fault current detection. This equipment is ideal for distribution automation systems, especially for urban power supply load centers and cable-fed supply networks.

 

Key Features:

1. The cabinet framework is modular and designed for stability and ease of assembly, allowing for flexible configurations such as ring network units and various connection modes.
2. Compact, lightweight, and space-efficient, making installation straightforward.
3. The RMU is divided into separate sections for the busbar, switch, and control rooms, ensuring secure and safe operation. All components are reliably grounded to ensure operator safety during maintenance and operation.
4. The unit can be fitted with FN12-12D or FN25-12D load switches.
5. It features an advanced and reliable mechanical interlock system, providing robust protection that meets the five-anti requirements (anti-misoperation, anti-operating errors, anti-opening, anti-closing, and anti-fault).

  • Ambient temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -25℃
  • Altitude: altitude not exceeding 2000m;
  • Relative temperature: daily average value not exceeding 95%; monthly average value not exceeding 90%;
  • Surrounding environment: the surrounding air is not obviously polluted by corrosive gases, flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;
  • No frequent severe vibration.
