The MNS system is a product that our company introduced the manufacturing technology of ABB of Switzerland. It is a factory-assembled low-voltage switchgear device. The technical standards comply with GB7251.1, IEC439-1, VDE0660 Part 500, BS5486 Part 1, UTE63-410. As a marine product, it also complies with the LIOYD’S REGISTER marine standard.

The MNS system low-voltage switchgear includes fixed technology and drawer technology. The selected materials are divided into steel plate structure technology and plastic structure technology. The latter technology level has reached the international level in the 1990s. The MNS system can adapt to various power supply and distribution needs and can be widely used in various industrial and mining enterprise power distribution systems such as land use, power stations, nuclear power stations, ships, and oil platforms.

Working Conditions:

  • The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃, and the 24h average temperature is not higher than +35℃;
  • The surrounding air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C.
  • A higher relative humidity is allowed at +25°C, for example 90% at +25°C, but it should be taken into account that
    Moderate condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature changes;
  • For indoor use, the altitude does not exceed 2000m;
  • In a place without significant shaking and impact vibration;
  • Pollution level: Level 3;
  • Seismic intensity: 8 degrees;
  • The temperature during transportation and storage of the switch cabinet can range from -25℃ to 55℃.
  • The temperature in the room (not exceeding 24 hours) can reach +70℃;

If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user and manufacturer should negotiate to resolve the issue.
